Background

Janie is a Project Director at QUAD studio with over 19 years of professional experience in architecture. She is also a very experienced Authorized Person in Hong Kong and has deep understanding of managing both design and technical aspects for a wide range of building sectors. During her studies in Architecture at the University of Hong Kong, she passed her Master of Architecture with Distinction. Her architectural designs won various local and international awards such as MIPIM Asia Awards, Green Building Awards and HKIA Annual Awards.

Apart from being a creative designer that can take on any project at any scale, Janie can also demonstrate the merits of the design and successfully negotiate with various statutory authorities for fast and timely approvals, ensuring every project meets the overall programme and client interests
